Make a plan.

Always be prepared for what’s to come. Accepting reality is great for your overall well-being. The more you are prepared for it, the better it is for you and your loved ones. Make a goal for yourself and help others prepare as well. Whether it’s for an eventual death or for a possible illness, it’s important that you have a plan.
